It is our tradition to have pasta and bread freshly made in the house everyday.
This is necessary to offer an authentic, original, artisan taste in one word…homemade.
For both the pasta and the bread we use a selection of local and Italian flours, including the “frassinese” which, for its quality, it is an excellent organic product.
The “frassinese” is a flour made from an ancient grain that during the stone grinding preserves the grain seed, which contains nutritious vitamins and mineral salts that are usually lost in industrial grinding processes.
As a result, all the products made with “frassinese” flour have a low sugar and gluten content and are easy to digest.
